2020 Year-In-Review

2020 was an exciting year for Sharefaith Kids that saw our content library grow, brand new resources released, and thousands of churches join the Sharefaith Kids Family. Below is a brief year in review that will be followed by a sneak peak of what’s coming in 2021.

New Lessons

The core of Sharefaith Kids has always been our library of digital Sunday School lessons. This year we released 12 new lessons, growing our total library to over 140 lessons. If you missed any of these lessons, feel free to explore the chart below:

Family Devotionals

2020 was a year that allowed members to better connect families with the release of Sharefaith Kids family devotionals! This resource includes discussion questions, lesson videos, activity pages and is a convenient way for parents to continue the lesson at home.


 

Devo Challenge

30 Day Devotional Challenge

The events surrounding COVID made 2020 a particularly challenging year. One of the ways Sharefaith Kids was able to help was through our 30 Day Devotional Challenge. Over 1,500 families signed up for this challenge and explored the Word of God together!


 

Courageous Faith VBS

Vacation Bible School

In February of 2020 Sharefaith Kids released a new VBS program titled “Courageous Faith,” this 5-day digital VBS explores the Story of Daniel and marks the 3rd VBS program available to Sharefaith Kids Yearly members.


Sharefaith Kids Essentials

Perhaps the biggest splash of 2020 was the release of Sharefaith Kids Essentials. This amazing offering expanded our Kids Ministry library with new content summarized below:

Online Lesson Ebook

Another COVID-related resource was our ebook “How To Create Online Bible Lessons Your Kids Will Love.” This comprehensive How-To resource provided a step-by-step guide to creating video-driven online lessons for your Kids Ministry.

Member Survey

We concluded 2020 by surveying our members to measure what you wanted to see most in 2021 for Sharefaith Kids. Three items jumped to the top: Preschool Lessons, Games, and an improved library search/navigation. In 2021 we’ll deliver on all three!


 

PreK Announcement

2021 Sharefaith Kids Preview

A key commitment of Sharefaith Kids is to consistently deliver value to our members. We know budgets are tight in any Kids Ministry so we want to earn every penny! With that in mind let’s look at some exciting things coming next year.

  • Preschool Lessons: In January of 2021 Sharefaith Kids will be launching 26 PreK lessons exclusively on Sharefaith Essentials! Each lesson will feature interactive curriculum, animated Bible videos, activity pages, and more. You can learn more about this exciting news here.
  • Digital Games: Let’s face it, teachers often have some extra time to fill in class. Next year Sharefaith Kids will be releasing digital games that are not only entertaining but will also help your kids learn about the Bible! This must-have content will also be available on the Essentials plan.
  • Improved Search: In 2020 we are set to vastly improve the experience of our members with a new and improved search experience that will make finding resources and navigating categories effortless.
  • New Sunday School Lessons: As you’ve come to expect we’ll be releasing 12 all-new elementary lessons in 2021. We’re really looking forward to expanding our lessons on the story of Jonah!
  • New VBS: Last, but certainly not least, Sharefaith Kids will be releasing a new 5-day VBS program titled “The Shepherd King.” This digital resource will bring to live the adventures of David as we follow his story from Shepherd to King!
