We just released 20+ new features & tweaks! We’ve improved the overall function of our Sidekick editor, updated the edit toolbar, improved how you create a new page and the rearrangement of rows! Image Clipper
Now adding images to your “About” page is easier and better than ever! When you upload your staff photos to your church website, you can now “clip” them using the image clipper. You can choose from a diamond, circle or a star to clip the staff photos, creating a very clean and modern look! Normally you would need to use a high-end photo editing software to accomplish this. Now it’s built right into Sidekick!
Editing Icon
Now when you edit your website, the edit icon “follows” you! As you scroll through your site, the edit icon will appear on every section, making it easier to edit where and when you want!
Adding A New Page
You no longer edit your page title on the page, when you go to add a new page, simply click “Add New Page” and then it will display a pop-out for you to enter the title of the new page. Sidekick will then create the page for you! This not only makes adding a new page easier, it helps save time as well.
Edit Toolbar
We’ve moved the most important features to the top of the toolbar and moved the other features towards the bottom, creating a better experience for you while you edit your church website while also saving you time by making it easier for quick edits.
Row Rearrangement
Now when you drag your rows around on your page, you can move the rows while scrolling. When you change the placement of a row, it will snap in position, making your church website editing experience easier and more fluid!
Blog
Editing and adding feature images to your blog is now easier. Adding a feature image for your blog is simple; click on the round circle with the upload icon to select your blog feature image. This comes in handy when you are creating blog posts that are going to be visible on the church app, as well as giving your blog a nice image.
All of these features and tweaks continue to make Sharefaith church websites light years ahead of any other website editor! All of these features and improvements are now live and ready for you!
