Christianity: How To Be A Good Steward

Christian Principle of Household and Financial Management

Stewardship means to take responsibility for another person's property or financial affairs. Since God created the world and owns everything in it, Christians are to be good stewards of His possessions, time and money. Luke 6:10 says, "He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much..." Therefore, the Christian principle of stewardship requires that Christians consider all aspects of their lives in relation to this principle and that they consistently resist being wasteful and lazy.
