This image of Joseph as a youth shows him in his "Coat of Many Colors." As the youngest son of Isaac, Joseph was the favored child of Jacob, but was envied by his many brothers. As a young boy, Joseph had a dream that he would rule over his brothers. When he shared it with them, their bitterness and jealousy grew. Later, the brothers sold him to slavery and he ended up in prison. But since Joseph was favored of God, he was freed from prison and eventually became second in charge under Pharaoh.
