It’s an old saying, but “Practice Makes Perfect” is still used today to encourage those who need some improvement to spend the time it takes in practice to make performance better. While worship is in some ways spontaneous, the Worship Leader can facilitate more spontaneity by being entirely prepared with the music. From the tech, to the instruments, to the vocalists, spend more time in practice than you do in front of your congregation.
