If you have a Small Group or Growth Group program in your Church, it’s easy for the leaders to get burnt out and disconnected. A great way to show appreciation for their time and to get and give valuable input into their leadership is to get together for a meal once a quarter. Plan a breakfast or lunch and bring all the group leaders together to share tips, concerns and to pray for the small groups as a team.
