Christmas is a special time of year for kids and kids at heart. But among all the lights, gifts, and decorations it\u2019s most important to understand the real reason why we celebrate in the first place. A good place to start is in the Word of God. The Bible shares the most beautiful story about the birth of our Savior. From the Old Testament to the New, Jesus\u2019 birth is told throughout Scripture.\u00a0As you prepare for Sunday School during the Christmas season, use the following Bible verses to\u00a0share with children in Kids Ministry.<\/p>\n

  1. Deuteronomy 18:19-19<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>
    \nI will raise up for them a prophet\u202flike you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words\u202fin his mouth.\u202fHe will tell them everything I\u00a0command\u00a0him.<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/b>I myself\u00a0will call to account\u202fanyone who does not listen\u202fto my words that the prophet speaks in my name.\u00a0<\/span>

    \nand He will not judge by what His eyes\u202fsee,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>nor make decisions by what His ears hear;<\/span>\u00a0b<\/span>ut with\u202frighteousness He will judge the\u202fpoor,<\/span>\u00a0a<\/span>nd\u00a0decide with fairness for the\u202fhumble of the earth.\u00a0<\/span>
