For many Americans the Thanksgiving season calls to mind images of a Norman Rockwell style gathering, Macy\u2019s Thanksgiving Day Parade, \u201cMiracle on 34th<\/sup> Street,\u201d spending time with relatives and friends, feasting on turkey, and taking a tryptophan-induced nap while watching college and pro football. The goodness of God provokes thanksgiving and our greatest joy! Psalm 136 recounts God\u2019s unfailing love to His people and the phrase \u201cHis love endures forever\u201d is repeated throughout. Inspired by this Psalm, writer and worship leader, Chris Tomlin wrote the song “Forever”, which not only has a catchy tune but is rich in content.
