Director/Product Manager Duties:

As director and product manager of our church website product line, in partnership with the CEO, marketing, support and development director, you’ll be responsible for the overall innovation, health, growth, maintenance and success of our flagship product.  You’ll need to be an expert in website creation, competitive advantage, branding, marketing and data/metrics interpretation as well as user behavior. You’ll also need to understand good UI.

Your stewardship of this product places you in a high-level position where you will multi-task, manage, delegate and facilitate those involved (developers, support, marketing team) to assure that our church website offering wins in features, functionality and ease with other secular website provider and competitors.  

With big plans scheduled for this product, you’ll be forming a cornerstone of success in the overall company growth.


Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent business degree with no less than 5 years product/project management experience in software or tech industry, overseeing a large team
  • Excellent multi-tasker, communicator, facilitator and problem-solver
  • Professional experience and understanding of metrics building and interpretation
