Sharefaith, Inc. is looking to hire the services of an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to coordinate and facilitate our growing marketing and product outreach needs. The successful candidate will work in-house in our headquarters in Medford, Oregon.

Primary Responsibility:
The Communications Manager works under the direction of the CEO & President in conjunction with the expanded marketing team to coordinate and facilitate marketing strategies, research, and implementation, while functioning as a liaison between Sharefaith and it's promotional partners and outlets.
Primary Duties:
  • Coordinating all marketing efforts (print, email, blog, conferences, social, etc.)
  • Writing/Producing semi-weekly email magazine
  • Managing Affiliate, Referral, and Denominational partnership programs
  • Management and monetization of Sharefaith's Magazine Blog
  • Keep high-level overview of marketing budget
  • Liaison between SF and Marketing Outlets and Partners
  • Research and analysis of metrics and new marketing outlets
  • Monthly & quarterly high-level marketing reports
Requirements & Skills:
  • Highly creative with a great eye for detail, design, and branding
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Theology
  • 4-6 Years Professional online marketing experience
  • Extensive experience in online promotions
  • Expert at social media outreach and marketing

 Sunday School Curriculum Content Creator

This is a full-time position at the Sharefaith, Inc. headquarters in Medford, Oregon.
Primary Responsibility:
The Sunday School curriculum content creator works under the direction of the CEO & President, in conjunction with the marketing & development teams to oversee the entire SharefaithKids Sunday School Curriculum & VBS offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and creating content to enhance, expand and grow the SharefaithKids Sunday School offering to apply to age groups ranging from 4-12 and be used by over thousands of churches, globally.

  • Manage the entire SharefaithKids Curriculum (English & Spanish) offering
  • Coordinate and facilitate yearly curriculum creation
  • Develop and create content to expand and grow current curriculum
  • Develop and create activities for in-class and at-home use
  • Host webinars and online training for kid's ministry volunteers
  • Facilitate all writers and artists involved in SharefaithKids
  • Research and implement new kid ministry strategies
  • Attend yearly kid ministry-related conferences
  • Represent and educate SFKids at yearly church conferences
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and overviews
  • Scale content, membership and application of SharefaithKids.
Requirements:
  • Heart for and thorough understanding of Children's Ministry/ Sunday School
  • 5 years + experience as a Sunday School superintendent OR creator
  • Bachelor's in Children's Ministry
  • Bachelor's in Theology - huge plus
  • Degree in Children's Education - huge plus
  • Extensive experience in teaching Sunday School
  • Extensive experience in teaching VBS
  • 5+ years professional experience managing and facilitating teams
  • Keen understanding of child-age-group behavior and learning
