1. Basic Definitions
The Sharefaith website ("Site") is a subscription service that provides downloadable digital media, ("Content") and website-based software ("Tools"), for use by its paid subscribers ("Members"). The Site and Content are the wholly-owned, copyrighted property of Sharefaith Inc. ("Company"), and are subject to U.S. and international copyright protection laws. Sharefaith is a trademark of Sharefaith Inc.
2. Requirement to Be in Good Standing
Usage rights ("Rights") are granted to Members who are in good standing. To be in good standing, one must:
a. Be a past or present account holder with a valid username and password at Sharefaith.
b. Not be using the Content for any illegal or banned purpose.
The Company may revoke privileges to anyone not meeting these requirements or to anyone it believes is abusing the Site, as well as seek legal remedies necessary to protect its copyrights and intellectual property.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY
Sharefaith offers four (4) subscription plans, each with their own subscription period. The Media Monthly and Website Monthly plans have a 30-day subscription period, while the Media Yearly and Website Yearly Plans both have a 1-year subscription period. To ensure uninterrupted member access, subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration, and the regular membership fee (without initial discount or seasonal coupons) will be charged to your credit card. Auto-renewal notification is given permanently on the MY HOME section of the customer’s control panel along with multiple email notifications sent in advance of renewals. Upon renewal, all customers will receive an email receipt. Both Media Monthly and Website Monthly plans require a 3-month minimum membership period upon original registration before cancellation can take place.
4. Refunds, Cancellations and Credits
The 7 Day Free Trial Period
Sharefaith provides a safe, risk-free 7-day trial to give a user access to browse any of our products, demo our church websites and download selected “Free Trial Only” products. A user can cancel at any time during the 7-Day Trial period or subscribe for a full membership.
Why We Require a Credit Card for a Free Trial
Every user is allowed only 1 (one) free trial. During registration, we ask for a valid Credit Card in order to prevent abuse of our system or multiple free trial accounts. You will not be charged since the free trial is free. After 7 days, if not canceled, your free trial will roll over into a full Media Monthly membership.
Cancelling a Free Trial:
You can cancel a free trial at any time during the 7 days. Members are notified of the expiration of the free trial permanently throughout their trial period through daily emails, a permanent countdown clock on each page of Sharefaith and on their MY HOME control panel. Simply cancel by clicking on the CANCEL BUTTON on the MY HOME page. When cancelled, your free trial will not roll over and no billing will occur.
Free Trial Refund Policy:
With 0 account activity and 0 downloads within 5 days after the Free Trial rolled over into a Media Monthly membership, a user will only be required to pay for the first month of the Media Monthly membership.
If a user contacts the company more than 5 days past the Free Trial rollover period, or if any account activity or downloads occurred since the Free Trial rollover period, a user will be locked into a 3-month minimum subscription to the Media Monthly membership plan and can cancel thereafter.
Full Membership Refunds:
A full membership or regular account defines a signup that took place without a Free Trial. If you chose to become a member without a free trial, you received a discount. Your membership will renew, based on your membership plan, on the date of creation. Your credit card will be charged for a full membership, relating to your membership plan.
Legacy Memberships: A Legacy Membership is defined as a membership initiated before April 1st, 2013. A refund for a Legacy Membership can only take place by phone, up to ten (10) days after the membership renewal, provided that 0 account activity or 0 downloads have taken place on the account in question. After 10 days, the membership will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Media Yearly Memberships: A refund for a media yearly membership can only take place by phone, up to ten (10) days after the membership renewal, provided that 0 account activity or 0 downloads have taken place on the account in question. After 10 days, the membership will be cancelled and the user will be pro-rated based on the amount of months passed since the user was charged, based on the Media Monthly subscription fee. If the user created their account less than 3 months before calling to cancel the service, they are still bound by the 3-month commitment required of the Media Monthly membership and will be pro-rated all but 3 months of service and their account will be set to expire 3 months from its creation date.
Website Yearly Memberships: If a customer wishes to cancel a Website Yearly Membership, the membership will be cancelled and the user will be pro-rated based on the amount of months passed since the user was charged, based on the Website Monthly subscription fee. If the user created their account less than 3 months before calling to cancel the service, they are still bound by the 3-month commitment required of the Website Monthly membership and will be pro-rated all but 3 months of service and their account will be set to expire 3 months from its creation date.
Media Monthly Memberships: All new users signing up for a Media Monthly Membership are committing to a 3-month minimum Media Monthly subscription. After the 3-month period, customers can request cancellation of their subscription and have their automatic renewal disabled to prevent future automatic payments. No refunds are issued for a Media Monthly Membership.
Website Monthly Memberships: If a customer wishes to cancel a Website Yearly Membership, the membership will be cancelled and the user will be pro-rated based on the amount of months passed since the user was charged, based on the Website Monthly subscription fee. If the user created their account less than 3 months before calling to cancel the service, they are still bound by the 3-month commitment required of the Website Monthly membership and will be pro-rated all but 3 months of service and their account will be set to expire 3 months from its creation date.
Membership Credit and Switching Plans: When a member decides to switch their plan, they will receive a pro-rated credit from their previous account that will apply towards the cost of the new plan. In the event that a member switches to a more expensive plan, the credit will be applied towards the new cost and the member will be responsible for paying the difference. In the event that a member switches to a less expensive plan, the remaining credit will be applied to extend the expiration date for the new plan, according to the new plan's value. Monetary refunds are not issued under these circumstances, but a credit is applied towards the new plan that is being switched to.
Disable of Auto-Renewals: A member can only disable their auto-renewal on a Media Yearly and Website Yearly Membership. To disable auto-renewal on any monthly membership, customers must contact Customer Service after their 3-month minimum commitment has been met. If a Website Monthly or Website Yearly account has its auto-renewal disabled, the user's website will be suspended upon account expiration.

a. Self-disable by logging in, going to MyHome/Account Info, then click the link for "Disable Auto Renewal"

5. Personal and Church Usage Rights
All content of Sharefaith.com is for church/personal use only. You may not use our content for resale, commercial, and/or advertising needs. One account per church is allowed, and only one user can log in to the account at a time. Any denomination with multiple churches requires a unique Sharefaith account for each church. You are not allowed to showcase any of our content on any websites (your own church website is allowed), commercials, social media networks, video channels (e.g., YouTube, GodTube, Vimeo, etc.) or any other platform that makes our content available to the general public without buying a subscription.
6. General Content Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to ALL Members.
a. All content, products and services provided by Sharefaith are for church and personal use only. No product, service or content may be used in a manner that competes with Sharefaith Inc.
b. Content, products or service may not be used for any commercial purpose, resold, redistributed, edited, recomposed or made available for download in any way. Content may not be published on Social Media sites, Youtube, Vimeo, GodTube or any other public service, without a proper Sharefaith watermark or without express permission of Sharefaith.com.
c. Church Websites are only available with a full Website Monthly/Yearly membership. When the membership ends, the website and its contents are deleted. No part of the church website, its templates, its designs, banners or sidebars may be redistributed or re-used apart from a Sharefaith membership. Sharefaith Church websites are for church use only and cannot be used by a third party to provide a secondary revenue-generating service to churches and ministries.
d. Religious Stock Photos are for church and personal use only. They cannot be used for any commercial purpose, marketing, self-promotion, printing, compositing or any online distribution apart from a Sharefaith membership, Sharefaith website or church/personal use.
e. No video product from Sharefaith may be uploaded or redistributed on any social media network such as Youtube, Vimeo or Facebook without a proper Sharefaith watermark.
7. Site Usage Rights
All Members may use the Site to browse, search and download Content at any time during their period of active membership. They may also use the Tools to create personalized designs.
8. Site Usage Restrictions
Crawlers, spiders, programmable scripts or other automated technologies may not be used to browse, search or download images. To protect against abuse, downloads may not be in excess of the allowed number of products per membership plan, per day, per user.
9. Rights and Access Privileges Do Not Transfer
Sharefaith Members are not allowed to transfer, share, trade or sell their membership Rights.
10. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
SHAREFAITH INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE FITNESS, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE CONTENT OR SITE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHAREFAITH INC. PROVIDES NO ASSURANCES OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INCOMPATIBILITIES, INTERRUPTIONS, OR VIRUSES OR OTHER RISKS COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF COMPUTERS, SOFTWARE OR THE INTERNET. SHAREFAITH INC. HAS NO OBLIGATION TO SERVICE OR REMEDY ANY ASPECT OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT; AND HAS NO OBLIGATION TO ASSUME THE COSTS OF REPAIRS OR SERVICE TO USERS' HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN THE EVENT OF ANY CLAIMS OF DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL SHAREFAITH INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF SHAREFAITH INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE USAGE TERMS SHALL BE HEARD IN THE COUNTY OF JACKSON AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON.
