Q: What are ShareFaith templates?

Q: What is ShareFaith.com?
A: ShareFaith.com is a site for people who want to design religious materials, such as church bulletins, Power Point presentations, programs, and more. We provide artwork, images, and templates for virtually any religious material you might need!

When you subscribe to our site for a period of time, you get unlimited access to our art, templates, photos, and motion video for that duration. You may use any downloaded content forever, but when your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to download new materials from our site.

Q: How To Prevent Auto-Renewals
A: To keep your account from auto-renewing, you can simply disable the auto-renewal feature by clicking on the "Disable Auto-renewal" button in your account settings on your MY HOME tab. This tab will only be available to full members. If you are in the free trial, your credit card has not been charge, and you are not a full member.

Q: I can't log into my ShareFaith account. What's wrong?
A: Login problems are usually caused by a variety of simple problems. Here are the top few:

1. Case Sensitivity
Your login (email address) and password are case sensitive. You must enter them EXACTLY the same way you did when your account was created. If you suspect that you had a typo in the email address you registered, please e-mail us at Login@ShareFaith.com. If there was a typo in the password you entered, see #2 below. If both the email address and password you registered contain typos, you must contact us at Login@ShareFaith.com to have the information edited.

2. Wrong Password
If you receive a "Wrong password. Click? for help" message when you try to Login, this means your email address was recognized, but your password was not. This is usually due to a typo in your password, either when you initially registered or when you tried to log in. If you wish to reset your password, click the Forgot Password? button under the Password field when logging in. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address containing a temporary password. Enter that temporary password exactly as it is written, not including the quotes around it. You will be prompted to change your password to something personal after you successfully log in.

3. Cookies
Like most commercial web sites, our site requires the use of browser "cookies." You must have browser cookies enabled in order to log in. If you do not know how to enable cookies, we would encourage you to contact the manufacturer of the browser, or use a search engine to locate exactly how to enable them (An example of using a search engine to locate the information could be typing "enabling cookies in Internet Explorer" in the search box at Yahoo.com).

4. Old Browsers
We encourage all of our members to have the latest version of their web browser installed, since many older browsers may not be as compatible with our site. If you are using MacOS, our site does not support versions of Netscape Navigator below 6.0. If you are using an earlier version of Netscape, you'll have to upgrade to a newer version, or a different MacOS browser, such as Internet Explorer 7, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.

One of these suggestions should solve your problem. If none of these suggestions work, please contact Login@ShareFaith.com and provide the details of your login problem.

Q: How To Cancel My Free Trial
A: You can cancel your free trial at any time by clicking on the big, "Cancel Free Trial" button at the top right corner in your MY HOME Tab on Sharefaith. You can also clicking the "Cancel Free Trial" link in the daily emails you receive from Sharefaith. Simply, safe and very easy! If you are afraid that your account will automatically convert into a full membership you can simply use the cancel button to stop conversion.

Q: Will my full subscription to ShareFaith automatically renew?
A: Yes. Your ShareFaith subscription lasts for one year, and your subscription will automatically renew for an additional year by charging the regular renewal subscription fee to your supplied credit or debit card upon expiration of your current subscription. You consented to this feature during your subscription registration.

You will receive a courtesy advanced notice 30 days prior to renewal. Once the payment has been processed, we will send a confirmation e-mail summarizing the charges applied, and you will receive an additional term of access.

If you wish to turn off the automatic renewal entirely, please log into your account and click the link for "Disable Auto Renewal" under the MyHome/Account Info. This will disable the feature and your account will simply expire at the end of the current term.

If you are unable to disable the Automatic Renewal yourself, please send an e-mail to non-renew@ShareFaith.com prior to that expiration date and we will disable that function for you. For more information, please visit the Terms Of Use.

PLEASE NOTE: All charges from www.ShareFaith.com will show up on your banking statement from ShareFaith's parent company Letters And Arts, Inc.

Q: How do I get a copy of the billing invoice for my subscription?
A: Please send an e-mail to Invoice-Receipt@ShareFaith.com including the first name, last name, and e-mail address that was used when you registered, and we will be more than happy to e-mail you a copy of the invoice.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for the Church Website?
A: Nope! It's included in your Sharefaith Membership. For our current price you get 38,000 worship templates + a pro church website. An amazing offer indeed!

Q: Is Hosting Included With Sharefaith Websites?
A: No. Including hosting with 38,000 worship templates + a pro church website at our current membership price is simply not possible. We wish we could. Hosting is provided by our wonderful partner Truepath, at a special rate of $19.99 /month for Sharefaith customers only. Truepath is a Christian hosting company with exceptional service and support. Q: What If I Already Paid For Hosting With Another Company?
A: Sharefaith does not sell website templates. We sell a church website service package with a hosting plan from Truepath. This means that the two cannot function separately. You cannot buy our church websites, and host with another company. The reason we build it this way, it to ensure a quality product with quality service. Since Truepath has been with us since the inception of the Sharefaith church websites, they are experts in handling all setup/hosting related incidents that might derive during your Sharefaith Church Website experience. Here is the solution. Your current host should be able to give you a pro-rated refund on your membership. Especially if you paid for more than 1 year of hosting. You have not used the service, so they have to give you a refund. Please contact your hosting provider for more information. Switching to Truepath is simply better. Your domain, websites, hosting and worship media will then all be in one place!

Q: What If I already have a domain name?
A: No problem. Simply transfer it. During the singup process for hosting with Truepath, you will be asked to either buy a new domain or transfer your current domain. You simply select the latter. Truepath has live-chat ability so you can easily ask for assistance. It should however not be necessary as it is very easy and self-explanatory. Q: Can I transfer my current domain?
A: Absolutely! Simply select this option during your hosting sign-up process. This is very easy and Truepath will guide your through the entire process. If you need assistance, simply enable their live chat and talk to one of their amazing customer support agents.

Q: Can I upload MP3 Sermons?
A: Yes! We have made it very easy to do just that. On your website control panel, simply click on the Add Audio button, and pick your mp3 file. It will upload and display in a nice looking audio player. You can even title it. Simply repeat this process for all your sermon mp3. Now your congregation and the entire world has access to your sermons.

Q: Can I upload Video To My Church Website?
A: Absolutely! Its as simply as clicking on the Add Media button inside your website control panel. Since we know how big video files can be, we recommend creating your own free Youtube account and uploading your videos there. Not only will they be accessible to everyone, but you can easily insert them into your website with our great tools. Very easy indeed!

Q: Can I Add Menus and Sub-Menus
A: Yes! Simple and very quick. You can easily add your main menus and unlimited sub-menus under each one.

Q: Does Your Site have Calendars?
A: Yes we do! We use and love Google Calendars. There is simply no better calendar system available. We have made it very simple to integrate it with your website. Q: Are you selling Web Templates?
A: No. We are selling a Pro Church Websites as a service included with a hosting package by our web-host, Truepath. The websites are not templates and cannot be downloaded individually and used. The service is only available through Sharefaith for full members.

Q: Is there a free trial?
A: No. The websites are only available to full Sharefaith members. If you want to test out how they will look and function, you can simply click on the LIVE PREVIEW option underneath each website theme. If you have any other questions, you can contact us by filling out the contact form. Click on the CONTACT US link at the top right of the site.

Q: How difficult is it to setup the church websites?
A: Easy as can be! No programming or design skills required. We did all the work for you! Simply pick your website theme, complete your hosting plan and Truepath will set up the site for you. Q: How many pages and subpages can I make on my website?
A: Pages automatically get added to the menu navigation. If you choose short, one word page titles, then you can normally fit 7 pages (Home is always the first navigation option). Each page can have as many subpages as you like. Subpages show up as dropdown options under each page. Subpages within subpages are not supported.

Q: Do I get unlimited access to ShareFaith during my subscription?
A: Once you are a fully subscribed member, you can download as much content as you would like, from all over the site. The only limitation is we limit downloading to 100 pieces of content within a 24 hour period. This policy was instituted as a security measure only after widespread attempts by hackers to download our entire image library. If you see images that you'd like to download in the future, feel free to mark them as "favorites" and we'll have them saved for you. If you find yourself up against the download limit and have a critical need for a few more downloads, we'll try to help if you send an email to Contact@ShareFaith.com

Q: How can I contact the ShareFaith Customer Service department?
A: For customer service, inquiries, billing and suggestions, please contact us using our online contact form. Be sure to fill out all areas with correct information. Our hours of operation is Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00 PST. During office hours we will promptly respond to your inquiry. All inquiries done after hours, will be responded within 24 hours of the next business day, in the order they were received. Q: How much is a subscription to ShareFaith.com?
A: Currently, a subscription to ShareFaith.com is $149 for an entire year of downloading as many images as you would like for either personal or church non-commercial use. For more information on usage terms, please visit the Terms Of Use.

We provide a safe risk free 10 day trial environment that gives you free control to test and browse Sharefaith. You have full control to either cancel at any time or sign up for a full membership during your 10 day trial period.

What You Need To Know About The Free Trial:
When you register for a 10-day free trial Sharefaith asks you for your credit card details. We never charge you, as the Free trial is Free! We do use your credit card to prevent abuse for multiple free-trial signups. Your free trial is 10 days, starting immediately with the day you signed up. Every day for the next 10 days you will be allowed to download 1 item from that day's theme. At the end of the free trial you will have received a pre-designed sermon pack (with 8 sermon resources) + 10 additional sermon resources you assembled yourself. The total value of your free products is over $120. Yours free to keep.

During the free trial you have full visibility of everything on Sharefaith. You will not be able to test our website templates or Sermon videos, as they are exclusive to full members.

Canceling a Free Trial:
During the free trial you have full control to cancel the trial or to subscribe to a full membership. After 10 days, if you have not canceled the trial or subscribed for a full membership during the trial, your free trial will automatically roll-over into a full membership and your Credit Card will be charged for a full year's membership.

Free Trial Refund Policy:
Due to the value of the free trial giveaway, your ability to browse the entire site and your pre-existing knowledge of the full membership cost and free trial workings, we assume that you enter into a trial with full knowledge and agree to our terms. Free-trial refunds will only be issued, by phone, up to 5 days after your free trial becomes a full membership, with 0 account activity and 0 downloads. If you use your account after it became a full membership or download anything from our site, your account will not be refunded.

Regular Account Refunds:
A regular account defines a singup that took place without a Free Trial. If you chose to become a member, without doing a free trial, you would have received a great discount. Every year your account will renew on the date you created it and your credit card will be charge for a full membership. You have full control to disable the auto-renewal of your account in your MY HOME settings. Refunds for regular accounts will take place by phone, up to 10 days after account renewal, given that 0 account activity or 0 downloads has taken place after the renewal. After 10 days your account will be canceled, but no refund will be given.

Q: What are ShareFaith templates?
A: ShareFaith has completed projects that have already been professional designed and are ready to be personalized. These items are called templates. The great thing about Microsoft Word ready templates, are that they can be downloaded and opened with Microsoft Word, personalized, and then printed. Those templates that are PowerPoint ready can be downloaded and opened with PowerPoint, personalized, and then will be ready for use. Examples include bulletin covers, programs, cards, and Power Point presentations.
